ไม่เพียงแต่ภาคธุรกิจเท่านั้นที่ได้รับเกษตรกรชาวสวนก็ประสบปัญหากับการขายพืชผลทางการเกษตรของตัวเองเช่นกัน

มูลนิธิอนุรักษ์ช้างและสิ่งแวดล้อมได้รับการประสานงานจากคุณ ทักษอร เนียมพรมลี ผู้จัดรายการวิทยุสถานีวิทยุคลื่นใจฟ้า FM 107 อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน

ให้จัดหารถไปขนกระหล่ำในสวนชาวบ้านหมู่บ้านนาเลี่ยงอำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน จำนวน ประมาณ2 0 ตัน เนื่องไม่มีใครเดินทางเข้าไปซื้อกระหล่ำและทางสถานีวิทยุได้ประกาศเชิญชวนให้ผู้ฟังมาร่วมกันบริจาคลงขันเพื่อซื้อกระหล่ำของชาวบ้านเพื่อให้ทางมูลนิธิฯสามารถนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ได้ ทางมูลนิธิฯ จึงได้นำกระหล่ำส่วนหนึ่งไปมอบให้กับหัวหน้าชุมชนต่างๆในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่เพื่อไปแจกกับผู้ที่เดือดร้อน และส่วนหนึ่งเอาไปดูแลเลี้ยงสัตว์ที่อยู่ในความดูแลของมูลนิธิฯ และทางมูลนิธิขอกราบขอบพระคุณผู้ฟังจากสถานีวิทยุคลื่นใจฟ้า FM 107 ที่ท่านได้ช่วยเหลือชาวสวนและช่วยให้เราได้นำพืชผักเหล่านี้มาช่วยเหลือทั้งคนและสัตว์ต่อไปค่ะ

It is not only businesses that have been affected by COVID19. The farmer also has a problem selling their produce.

We were contacted by FM107 local radio in Lamphun province, Thailand, oferring us to pick up 20 tons of cabbage ,

which the farmer has difficulty selling during the Covid crisis, and no one can go to the market to buy.

The radio station helped the farmers by announcing to their audience if they would buy these cabbages to donate to Save Elephant Foundation.

We went to pick up the vegetables for our animals, as goats , pigs , rabbits , duck, geese, and others. Some of the cabbage and other vegetables we brought to different communities, giving them to the head man to share with many jobless families.

Thanks to every one who helped the farmer through potential crop loss and donating the vegetables to us.

When there is a crisis, then we see that the beautiful heart people exist.
