Baby rat Giuseppe released

Yesterday was a big day for our baby rat Giuseppe and his foster mum Monica. He was getting big and strong and it was time for him to be released back into nature. Here you can see him making his first curious steps into his new life. When he gets scared he still runs back into his little shelter, that also holds food supplies for the first few days to make the transition easier for him. This is the second rat that got successfully released after Monica Rocheta did such a great job raising them. Thank you so much for your love and care!
